About

The Afrimerican Culture Initiative Inc. is a 501 c 3 tax exempt non-profit organization based in Boston, MA . Our mission is to

"Service a Contemporary African Cultural Renewal in the Diaspora through Education, Technology & Travel"

This renewal process is our contribution to our vision of a diverse and multicultural society based on a rich mix of African and American cultural values...a society we affectionately call Afrimerican...

The term "Afrimerican" is used to describe American born or raised descendants of African immigrants who we believe personify the rich mix of African and American culture, we promote, educate and live.

Our mission and vision drives us to celebrate the past , present and future of Afrimerican people, art, music, fashion, leaders, history and every other aspect of our culture.

The Afrimerican Culture Initiative Inc. was founded in 2015 by Marlon Solomon, a construction project manager/civil engineer and  a dual citizen of Nigeria and the United States. While Marlon has always identified a need for more education, understanding and celebration of contemporary African cultural values in the USA, he started the organization to finally fill that need.

We look forward to your support on this journey...
